This is me

Hi. I’m Lori. I am a fierce advocate for self-love and the positive ripple effect it has on the larger world. I’m certified by both the Life Purpose Institute (CPC. CSC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC).

As an intuitive channel, spiritual coach, and teacher, I specialize in 1:1 transformational coaching centered around self-love and soul alignment.  I’ve been coaching for eighteen years, and the most important transformational truth I’ve learned is that all concerns in our lives begin and end with the way we love ourselves.

An experienced love and relationship coach, I coach executives, celebrities, and other successful women, teaching them how to attract loving relationships into their lives through my proven program, Successful, Single, Ready.

I’m also the creator of the SOLSexy Transformation curriculum, a series of self-paced, mini courses, including Know Love, Living with Soul Knowing, and Decluttering Your Love Life, all designed to teach self-love, acceptance, and soul purpose.

I’m an Emmy award-winning writer, and author of eight books, including Weapons of Mass Seduction and The Power of Wow: A Guide to Unleashing the Confident, Sexy You. I’ve contributed expert commentary on love, sensuality, spirituality and relationships to online and broadcast media including Huffington Post, Essence, Psychologies, and Cosmopolitan Magazines, and have appeared on numerous radio, podcasts and television shows. I’ve been called a “passionate and motivating” speaker and have facilitated workshops all over the country and in Mexico.

My Approach

My coaching style is layered and comprehensive. While we work on whatever concerns you initially bring into session, we are also working on unearthing and/or bolstering your self-love and worthiness.

To accomplish this, I bring a unique set of skills and tools to our work together—from intuitive insights and personal channeled angel messages, to customized reflective work all designed to help you move through your fears and blocks so you can find and fall in love with the very best of you.

The SOL Innovations Coaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that “True Masters Learn Through Joy.”  While I totally recognize that life can be tough and can leave you feeling overwhelmed and underwater, I wholeheartedly believe in silver linings.  I will support you through your downs, and cheer you during the ups, all the while helping you identify and learn the life lessons that foster your personal growth and self-confidence.
